SRP Council District 6
Allison Gullick is a community epidemiologist, neighborhood leader, and Phoenix resident running to bring a public health lens to energy and water governance.
She holds a Master of Science in Public Health in Applied Epidemiology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, Society, and the Environment from the University of Minnesota. Her career focuses on how large systems affect real world health outcomes. In Arizona, energy and water decisions directly shape heat safety, air quality, chronic disease, and whether families remain healthy and secure in their homes.
Allison supports clean, reliable energy because it is essential public health infrastructure. Arizona’s extreme heat and air pollution place serious strain on children, seniors, and people with chronic health conditions. She has worked closely with community partners on heat response efforts and understands how energy reliability, cooling access, and infrastructure planning directly affect health during extreme heat events. Investing in solar energy and modern infrastructure reduces pollution, strengthens grid reliability, and protects community health while planning responsibly for long term growth.
She serves as president of a historic Phoenix neighborhood association, where she works closely with her community to improve neighborhood conditions and strengthen connection. Through city tree programs, she helped neighbors plant more than 600 trees to reduce heat, improve air quality, and create healthier shared spaces.
Allison brings a collaborative, data driven approach to leadership and believes strong communities and well planned public utilities are essential to Arizona’s future.
